ReplyMinute ("we," "us") is a founder-operated automation studio serving US businesses. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle and how.
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or fingerprinting scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard, aggregate server logs (such as request counts and country-level traffic) to operate the service; we do not use them to identify visitors.
If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to share (name, email address, business details). We use it only to respond, prepare your free teardown, and conduct business you've asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to third-party marketing lists.
The automation systems we build run inside accounts owned by the client — the client's Twilio, Google, and workflow accounts. Lead data (names, phone numbers, emails, messages submitted by the client's customers) flows through and is stored in those client-owned systems, not on ReplyMinute servers (we operate none).
Systems we build send SMS only to people who have contacted the client and/or consented to be contacted, identify the sending business, and honor STOP/HELP requests with suppression lists. Consent records are stored in the client's systems. Message recipients should contact the business that messaged them; if you believe a ReplyMinute-built system messaged you improperly, email us and we will work with the client to investigate.
ReplyMinute is operated from Kathmandu, Nepal, serving US businesses. Where the founder can access client systems containing personal information of US consumers, that access happens under the client's direction and the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Email us at pranish@getreplyminute.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within a reasonable time, usually within a few business days.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
